Inspection of Infrastructure Projects
The construction industry is one of the world’s largest contributors to global economy. In this industry traditionally many parties are involved in the design and production process. To ascertain the quality of the infra-structural project, all these parties need to closely work together.
Design by different parties has to comply with each other, while both design and production are subject to many local regulations and sometimes insurance company guidelines.
Industrial Services offers a dedicated range of services to the construction industry. Technocrat Engineers tests construction products in specialized laboratories approved by NABL; reviews designs of buildings and infrastructure; performs supplier and contractor assessments, and has a range of construction site inspections as well.
Building inspections by Technocrat Engineers are a solution when certainty about the quality of the building is required. They cover the whole construction phase, from design to foundation, erection and the outside hull of the building, to interior construction and finishing.
Building inspections are typically based on national or international standards. The purpose of this service is to provide an independent opinion on the quality of the building.
Building inspections include QA/QC and supervision during the construction phase, comparison of actual construction to the design, verification of proper use of procedures and materials, technical inspection of the structure and supervision of (sub-) contractors.
Building inspections can be based on statutory requirements or as part of an agreement between the construction company and the future owner. When independent third party supervision is required, Technocrat Engineers is your experienced and reliable partner.
